Fee per visit

All appointment types available in-person or on a telemedicine platform. These rates are only for established patients. Establishing care package ranges from $1100-$2500.

Dr. Petralba puts her heart and soul into her patient appointments. However, if at any time you begin to feel that you and she are not a good match, you may seek care elsewhere. She will forward your records to the physician of your choice.

Cash, debit cards, and credit cards, are acceptable methods of payment.

* For annual exam or extended visit. May include acupuncture or basic labs, including pap and colon cancer screen.

** For 2-3 problems or acupuncture session after you are established as patient

*** For quick follow up or medication refill
